Abstract
Upper extremity problems in gymnasts are well recognized. Treatment of these problems requires treatment of not only the symptoms but also the cause. The level of the gymnasts capabilities must be recognized in order to avoid overstress. Improper technique must be corrected. Adequate and appropriate rehabilitation of all injuries must be emphasized. Verf.-Referat
