Abstract
Data related to human and technical factors in divers fatal accidents have been investigated, elaborated and reported under different view points. Many elements, aspects and factors seem to have a great importance while their real value is hard to be predicted and evaluated, because human factors i.e. training and psychological conditions and reactions, conditions of technical apparatuses, seem to represent the more important and fluctuating parameters. U.R.IS and Websters data also avpear overlapping to fatal accidents as observed in U.S., Australia and in ourcountry too. Anyway, a general agreement can be related to the insufficiency of technical, Psychological and Physiological fitness in Divers as a complex and determining parameter. Verf.-Referat
