Zusammenfassung
Conceptions of culture of healthy way of life of people are considered. Offered approach to the estimation of health. Shown possibility of forming, saving, strengthening of health on the different stages of development of man. The medical biological ground of necessity of the use of mass physical culture is given during all of life. The necessity of saving of ability to work is marked through the active way of life of man. Exposed and analysed basic indexes of health. Conception of culture of healthy way of life of people is developed in accordance with the government programs.
