Summary

The purposes of this research were 1) to find the efficiency of the development of training package on classroom management of preschool 2) to study the development after using training package on classroom management of preschool for childcare takers in child development Centre 3) to study the contentment after using training package on classroom management of preschool. The target group comprised of 28 childcare takers who were from 11 child development Centers under Khelang Nakorn Municipality in Lampang. The experimental instruments were the development of training package on classroom management of preschool for childcare takers. The data collection instruments were classroom management test and contentment test. The data obtained were analyzed for mean, percentage and standard deviation The findings of this study were as follows: 1) the efficiency of training package was increased 80.00/83.88 which passed 80/80. 2) the scores of the target group after using training package were increased than the previous of using the training package. 3) the contentment of the target group were found at the good level.
