Zusammenfassung

Adaptation allows not only adjust to significant changes in the environment, but also actively rebuild their physiological functions, behavior in accordance with these changes, sometimes ahead of them. The aim of the study – to investigate adaptation possibilities of the cardiovascular system of senior pupils, depending on the time of employment on a computer. Materials and Methods. 60 pupils aged 16–17 (including 30 boys and 30 girls) were examined using Kimberly Yangom's questionnaires, also assessed the status of the CVS , the vegetative centers (the Kerdy index) and the adaptive potential. Results and Discussion. After work with a computer, in all of the examined the heart rate increased, that indicated on activation of the sympathetic part of the nervous system. More distinct differences were in 17 year-old students. In the control group, the heart rate was almost the same. In 17 year-old boys after work with a computer the size of systolic and diastolic blood pressure is higher than in girls, which is statistically significant. Analysis of gender differences has shown that boys are more sensitive to working with a computer just in the age of 16–17 years. Systematic training with a computer leads to an increase in pulse pressure, which is statistically significant in 17-year-old boys. The increase in heart rate and the positive index of Kredy's index in the experimental group were observed both in a state of rest for work with a computer, and after work. In a group of schoolchildren who spend a long time at the computer, the sympathetic department of the nervous system, which causes psycho-emotional stress, prevails. The results showed that pupils aged 16 have a Robinson index of 75 to 82.9 U.D., indicating that the average aerobic possibilities of organism of senior pupils of both investigated groups, only in girls who have been working for a long time with a computer, the aerobic properties of the organism are decreasing. In the examined control group, the adaptive potential indicates satisfactory ...
