The work group under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports prepared the draft of the Elementary Education Standards also for the field of Physical Education. This evaluation element presents a supporting material for teachers that helps them check whether the objectives of physical education at the level of the 5th and 9th grades are achieved. From the school's point of view, the option to use this supporting material in practice is substantial. Teachers play a fundamental role in the implementation of the standards, therefore their attitude, knowledge and grasping of standards in their lessons are important. The aim of the study was to map the opinions of teachers on the issue of physical education standards. The survey included 266 elementary physical education teachers. The results showed that teachers agree with the verification of standards for physical education. The most favoured alternative was to perform the verification voluntarily within school testing. At the same time, they also prefer to include the performance of physical activities at the main evaluation element when verifying the standards. The survey also showed low awareness of teachers of the proposed standards.

Pracovní skupinou pod vedením Ministerstva školství, mládeže a télovýchovy byl vytvoŕen návrh Štandardu základního vzdélávaní i pro obor Télesná výchova. Tento evaluační prvek predstavuje podpumý materiál pro učitele k ovéfení, zda je cílu télesné výchovy na úrovni 5. a 9. ročníku dosahováno. Z pohledu školy je podstatná možnost využití tohoto podpúmého materiálu v praxi. Učitelé hrají pri implementaci štandardu zásadní roli, proto je dúležitý jejich postoj, znalost a samotné uchopení štandardu v rámci výuky. Cílem studie bylo zmapovat názory učitelú na problematiku télovýchovných štandardu. Šetrení se zúčastnilo 266 učitelú télesné výchovy na základní škole. Výsledky ukázaly na souhlas učitelú s ovéŕováním standardú pro télesnou výchovu. Nejvíce se pŕiklánéjí k altemativé, aby ovéŕování probíhalo dobrovolné v rámci tzv. školního testování. Zároveň preferují, aby predvedení pohybových činností tvorilo hlavní hodnotící složku pri ovéŕování standardú. Výzkum současné odhalil nízkou obeznámenost učitelú s navrhovanými štandardy.
