Abstract des Autors
Zur Trainingssteuerung im Handball sollte im Zuge einer Saisonvorbereitung eine Leistungsdiagnostik genutzt werden. Zur Erstellung eines Testsystems wurden sowohl eine Literaturarbeit als auch Experteninterviews durchgeführt. Das erstellte Testsystem soll ein Vorschlag für Trainer aus unterschiedlichen Ligen sein, um eine umfangreiche und detaillierte Leistungsdiagnostik durchführen zu können, die nah an den handballspezifischen Anforderungskatalog angelehnt ist.

For training control in handball, performance-diagnostic procedures should be used in the course of pre-season preparation. In order to create a test system, both a literature study and expert interviews were conducted. The test system created should be redgarded as a proposal for coaches from different leagues in order to carry out a comprehensive and detailed process of performance diagnostics, which is closely realated to the handball-specific catalogue of requirements.
