Einleitung
The purpose of the case material and exercise below is to highlight the possible dilemmas of formulating sport policies. The way in which such dilemmas are highlighted is through the reading of a prepared script (adapted from the BBC's Yes Minister television series) and the students' subseauent production of their own scripted dialogues. Ultimately, the exercise is intended to alert students to the impediments and constraints that make policy processes "wicked". (gekürzt)
