Die Diagnostik des Beanspruchungs- bzw. Erholungszustands auf körperlicher, mentaler, emotionaler und allgemeiner Ebene erfordert sensitive, valide und ökonomische diagnostische Instrumente, die sich für das Monitoring von Gruppen und für die individuelle Betreuung eignen. Die psycho­metrischen Verfahren Akutmaß Erholung und Beanspruchung sowie Kurzskala Erholung und Beanspruchung haben sich als vielversprechend und belastungsformunabhängig erwiesen.

The diagnosis of the state of stress or recovery on a physical, mental, emotional and general level requires sensitive, valid and economical diagnostic tools that are suitable for the monitoring of groups and for individual care. The "acute measure of relaxation and stress" as well as the "short scale for relaxation and stress" have proven to be promising psychometric methods which are independent of the form of loading.
