abstract	Noha je velmi komplexní a dynamickou strukturou, která je v rámci kinematického řetězce propojena se segmenty dolních končetin a pánve. Podle M. L. Roota existují 3 základní typy ,,vnitřních deformit nohou" - varózní předonoží (FFvar), varózní zánoží (RFvar) a valgózní předonoží (FFval). Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jestli lze identifikovat kinematické charakteristiky pohybového stereotypu pánve pro jednotlivé typy chodidel dle M. L. Roota během chůze a zda některý z typů ovlivňuje tyto charakteristiky pánve více vzhledem k ostatním typům nohou. Pro objektivizaci pohybu byl použit 3D kinematické systém chůze Vicon MX (OxfordMetricGroup, UK). Sledovanou skupinu tvořilo 18 zdravých mužů (věk = 23,2 ± 1,9), studentů FTK UP Olomouc, u kterých byl určen typ nohy podle Roota. Ve studii byly zastoupeny typy varózní předonoží, varózní zánoží a valgózní předonoží. Byly vypočítány průměrné hodnoty úhlových parametrů pánve v závislosti na čase (maximální hodnota pohybu, minimální hodnota pohybu a celkový rozsah pohybu) v rovině sagitální, transverzální a frontální. Výsledky měření ukázaly výraznou tendenci k identifikaci kinematických parametrů pánve u jednotlivých typů nohou, a také, že varózní předonoží má tendenci nejvíce ovlivnit pohybový stereotyp pánve během chůze v porovnání s ostatními typy nohou v rovině sagitální a transverzální. The foot is a komplex and dynamic structure, that is within the kinematic chain connected to the segments of the lower extremities and pelvis. According to M.L. Root, there are three basic types of "intrinsic deformities of the feet" - forefoot varus (FFvar), rearfoot varus (RFvar) and forefoot valgus (FFval). The aim was to find out if we can identify the kinematic characteristics of the motion stereotype of pelvis for different types of feet according to M.L. Root during the walking and if some type affects pelvis movement stereotype more in comparison with other types of feet. For objectification of motion was used 3D kinematic gait analyzer Vicon MX (OxfordMetricGroup, UK). Study group consisted of 18 healthy men (age = 23.2 ± 1.9), students of Faculty of physical culture Palacký University Olomouc, who were examined to determine foot type according Root. In the study there were represented forefoot varus, rearfoot varus, and forefoot valgus. The average values of the pelvis angle parameters versus time were calculated (a maximum value of movement, a minimum value of movement and the overall range of motion) in sagittal, transversal and frontal plane. The results showed a strong tendency to identify kinematic parameters of pelvis in different types of feet, and the forefoot varus tends to most affect pelvis motion during walking compared to other types of feet in the sagittal and transverse plane.
