Es ist nicht bekannt, welche Anliegen Sportler dazu bewegen, sportpsychologische Unterstützung wahrzunehmen. Der Beitrag wertet daher Falldokumentationen aus 1.735 Betreuungseinheiten aus, die seit dem Jahr 2011 in der sportpsychologischen Zusammenarbeit mit insgesamt 339 betreuten Leistungssportlern sowie 41 Trainingsgruppen am Olympiastützpunkt Brandenburg erarbeitet wurden, und präsentiert deren Ergebnisse.
Abstract des Autors
The motives why athletes seek the support of sport psychologists are not known. Therefore, documentations from 1,735 support sessions are evaluated in this paper. The results of these documentations, which were made during the sport-psychological collaboration with a total of 339 supported athletes and 41 training groups at the Olympic Training Centre in Brandenburg since 2011, are presented.
