Einleitung

The purpose of this text is to outline sources of information to assist the college and university student in exploring the numerous options for finding meaningful work (or further education). It is assumed that students will have, or are in the process of, obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sport science, physical education, sport management, health related fields or kinesiology. This resource guide begins with information on: personal exploration of interests, researching possible jobs in the sport sciences, where to find information on performing an effective job search strategy with websites that list sports jobs in many different settings, and the possible occupations and job titles for various specialisations in the sport sciences, medicine and allied health fields.
