Abstract
Verf.-Referat
Abstract
The current discussion about the stress and demands of the (physical) educators‘ profession clarifies that – in addition to other factors – the discrepancy between personal characteristics and specific professional demands influences the occupational biography as well as the health and well-being of physical educators. Considering this situation the author discusses the possibilities and limits of facilitating measures for the first phase of physical educators‘ training. Verf.-Referat
