Abstract des Autors

The parts of a manuscript in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research are important for the practitioner to understand. In this way, the research can be better understood and used to make informed decisions in each professional’s practice. The vision of such a journal was part of the commitment of the early leaders in the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) over a quarter century ago. It provides a dramatic resource today for each strength and conditioning specialist and allows the NSCA to meet its mission of “bridging the gap” between the laboratory and practitioner. Verf.-Referat
