Hlavním cílem přehledové studie je shrnutí dostupných informací, které se týkají vybraných charakteristik hráček fotbalu na základě poznatků z odborné domácí i zahraniční literatury, vědeckých studií a databází odborných textů (SPORTDiscus, MEDLINE, Web of Science, Taylor & Francis, Google Scholar). Klíčovými slovy, zadanými do vyhledávání, byly: ženský fotbal, hráčky, antropometrické, fyziologické a morfologické charakteristiky, soutěžní úroveň, hráčské posty, motorické testy, výkonnost a utkání. Publikované studie nalezly odlišnosti mezi hráči a hráčkami v provedení určitých pohybových činností (úkrok stranou) a dovedností (kop do míče přímým nártem), což u hráček může vést k vyššímu riziku vzniku zranění. Dále studie uvádějí, že se hráčky různé soutěžní úrovně či hráčského postu liší v intenzitě a době trvání pohybových aktivit i celkově uběhnuté vzdálenosti během utkání. Naopak rozdíly v antropometrických parametrech, v závislosti na hráčském postu, nebyly ve většině studií zjištěny jako významné. Závěry ze studií zaměřených na výkon hráček ve vybraných motorických testech při porovnávání různé soutěžní úrovně nejsou jednotné. Závěry přehledové studie mohou sloužit k edukaci trenérů ženských fotbalových týmů nebo být podkladem pro další výzkumy v oblasti ženského fotbalu. Verf.-Referat

Abstract des Autors

The aim of review is summarize available information of selected characteristics of female soccer players from the knowledges from Czech, foreign studies and databases (SPORTDiscus, MEDLINE, Web of Science, Taylor & Francis, Google Scholar). The keywords input to the databases searching were: women’s soccer, female players, anthropometric, physiological and morphological characteristics, level of competiton, playing position, motor test, performance and match. Published studies found differences between male and female players in the performance of some movements (side-step cutting maneuvers) and special abilities (maximal instep kick) which can cause higher risk of injuries in female players. The players of different level of competition or playing position differ in intensity and duration of activities and overall running distance during match according to the studies. On the contrary there were no significant differences in antropometric parametres related to the playing position in the most of the studies. Contrary findings were found in the studies focused on the performance of the players in the motor tests. The conclusions and findings of review can be part of education of coaches of female soccer players or be basic knowledges for the future research. Verf.-Referat
