Abstract
Functional training programs typically focus on multijoint movements. However, functional transfer exists on a continuum, where different exercises impart varying degrees of functional improvements depending on the particular demands of the task. This article will discuss the potential role of single-joint movements in functional training program design. Verf.-Referat
