Abstract des Autors

Studied are the sport-pedagogical abilities of the coach in wrestling and their role for the achievements of their competitors. Data provide reason for the author to maintain that the system of sport-pedagogical abilities of the coach in wrestling proposed are akin and similar to the pedagogical abilities of the coaches in general. The results provide reason to start work immediately at all levels for reforming and improving the system of selection, preparation and permanent re-qualification of the cadres within the system of wrestling in the Republic of Bulgaria. The results of the study allow and impose the acceptance of the modern requirement for evaluation within the field of the sport pedagogical activity too, including wrestling, i.e., for the coaches of all age groups and according to the results, they should be developing their career and respectively should be morally and materially stimulated about such a successful activity.
