Nowadays integration of Russia into the world culture makes the Russian educational system focus on the ways of formation of cultural strategies of personality development. We understand personal sports culture as an integrative personality education, inclusive of the system of means, methods and results of sports activity, dedicated to perception, reproduction, creation and distribution of sports values and technologies. Personal sports culture is formed within personality’s interiorization of cultural and educational potential, values and technologies of sport, as well as provoked by the accumulated experience of sports activity and filling it with personality sense. The study of personal social culture laid the basis for allocation of the key components of personal sports culture: cognitive, reflexive-activity, sociocommunicative, emotional-volitional and axiological. Comprehension of the concept of personal sports culture proves that spiritual, value formation of the personality is fundamental for functioning of all components of sports culture, since humanistic value relations penetrate all its components, and the axiological component, that is a standard core of the personality, is a backbone element in sport culture, determining specifics of manifestation of other components. Herewith, development of other components strengthens moral value core of the personality and provides for formation of the personal sports culture within their continuous interaction. Verf.-Referat
