Abstract des Autors
The study revealed the contradiction of the need for increase of the ones who train and insufficient efficiency of the use of sports and recreational complexes. The search for the ways of attraction of as many people as possible to the classes of physical culture and sport is required along with improvement of work of the operating sports complexes. The purpose of the research was to increase socioeconomic effectiveness of work of sports complex using expansion of the range of services and perfection of material and technical basis. Realization of the stipulated activities on correction of management of the "Swimming" sports complex promoted an increase of the ones who train by 8,9 % and raise of the gain of the sports comp/ex by 15,6 % and of the range of subjected types of service from 20 to 24. All in all, economic effectiveness increased by 19,4 %, profitability of the basic fund - by 18,8 %, efficacy of labor resources - by 7,5 %, profitability of sales - by 4,45 %. Verf.-Referat
