Abstract des Autors

The purpose of the research was to study changes in the indices of enzymatic activity of peripheral blood Iymphocytes in elite female athletes at muscle work of various intensity and duration. As follows from the comparative analysis of the indices of distribution of the mean activity of mitochondrial alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase (a-GPDH) in Iymphocytes of female athletes, the mean a-GPDH activity is not correlated with the type of physical load. The asymmetry coefficient comes to normal after the first and third types of physical workout. The role of the coefficient of excess depends on the type of load, its indices are below normal. In a Iymphocyte population the number of cells with mean activity is insufficient. The coefficients of excess, variations are not correlated with the type of load and stay within normal limits.
