Abstract des Autors

The proposed text participate in the solution the issue, if, for the coaches career, it is more substantial the professional experience or education. The question we try to solve by the analysis of the relationship between theory and practice, and balance of these components. The key issue is to analyze areas, where we expect the determinants involved in professional development of the coach. The coach should have adequate education, adequate and appropriate players and adequate
experience in coaching practice. In this paper we focus on the analysis of family socialization and following player's career of the football coaches, which are important for further comparison with other components of the coaching profession. The main research method is a questionnaire. Research group consists of 206 coaches, 166 questionnaires were analyzed. The results obtained showed the importance of family environment for the future direction of the coach. Sports in the family environment has a positive impact on individual sports activities, which then passes naturally to the implementation of organized forms of sports activities, in our case football. The sports families are also more active in the supporting of children sport activities. The children have a bigger chance to start training organized at the highest level. Here is the support and participation of parents, almost a requirement. Due to the minimal shifts between levels of performance across age groups is a high probability, that the individual retains the highest level to the senior category. Player's action in the senior category, where a large percentage of respondents were on the professional or semi-professional level, appears to be crucial for future coaching career. Verf.-Referat
