Abstract des Autors

Proceeding from the analytical survey of the state of the problem of the research, the matters of monitoring of information parameters of training effects both in game and technical-aesthetic sports remain insufficiently studied by now, especially in the field of figure-skating and hockey. Obviously, the work and foundation of the control technology in this case is impossible without basing on the concept of structure of sports macrocycles, which principle statements are assumed to be mostly established. The purpose of the present research was to study specific features of individual variation of training effects and individual dynamics of sports results in certain athletes, to specify the control technology. The long-term studies were carried out on the stage of ultimate realization of sports achievement capacities in different age and qualification periods of sports training. The study had proved that the level of influence of training effects on the scale and stability of sports results, the state of athletes' fitness depends on the features of physical and physiological loads, group and individual features of the ones who train. The scale and stability of sports results had been proved to remain the same in those minor and middle cycles of the preliminary period of the training macrocycle, associated with the maximum total load volume. The scale and stability of results increase remarkably with further "delay" in 8-12 weeks. Regular trends of long-term dynamics of training effects tend to represent it in the form of parabolic curve. However, along with general orientation of total yearly parameters of loads apart of this volume associated with relatively increased intensity (mainly, competitive loads), increases comparatively moderately from the beginning of profound sports specialization.
