Abstract des Autors
The purpose of the research was to estimate anaerobic exercise performance of athletes of different specializations and study the influence of low-intensity laser radiation on its basic indices. The use low-intensity laser radiation while doing intensive muscle work results in change in the character of metabolic processes, shown in increase of effectiveness of using oxygen and growth of the amount of work performed by testees calculated as one liter of consumed oxygen and in decrease of oxygen cost of work. It is also proved by decrease of the carbonic equivalent of muscle work and working volume of carbon dioxide working volume. Thus the applied variant of low-intensity laser radiation effects not only on the state and activity of motor nervous centers but also stimulates metabolic process of breathing system, in many respects determining anaerobic exercise performance. The 45-second test revealed the average level of development of anaerobic exercise performance of students-athletes of specializations under consideration. However, the greatest values were shown by racing skiers. The low-intensity laser effect in a 45-second test resulted in authentic growth of all studied parameters. Verf.-Referat
