Author's abstract

The purpose of the present research was to allocate conditions of personally-professional development of future experts in physical culture and sport and introduce the university quality management system. Conclusion. The system of training experts in the field of physical culture and sport within modernization of professional education includes: work and certification of the institute quality management system; information support of teaching process; stimulation of teachers' innovative work; improvement of teaching materials. Humanistic direction, modernization of teaching-methods support, work of new didactic approaches to formation of sports image are the constituents of the system of personally-professional development of future experts in physical culture and sport. The introduction of the elements of the quality management system in the institute resulted in: - firstly, system work on great demand and recruitment of graduates; - secondly, information support of teaching process; - thirdly, introduction of monitoring of teaching process within the framework of the federal examination in the sphere of vocational training, compulsory element of the system of quality management.
