Abstract
Carbon isotope analysis by isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS) is becoming a conventional procedure to enable the detection of steroids abuse in sport. The basic principle of this type of procedure relies on the purification steps of the urine For this purpose high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a powerful tool. We present herein the first steps in development of a separation method optimized with the help of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (LTPLC) with ultraviolet (UV) detection. Einleitung
