Abstract

Am 01. Oktober 2003 startete das thematische ERASMUS Netzwerkprojekt AEHESIS mit der Aufgabe den Harmonisierungsprozess der sportwissenschaftlichen Ausbildung an Hochschulen in Europa weiter voranzutreiben. Hierbei wurde ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Bereiche „Sportlehrerausbildung“,
„Gesundheit & Fitness“, „Sportmanagement“ sowie „Trainerausbildung“ gelegt.Seitdem haben Experten aus 28 Europäischen Ländern und insgesamt 70 Partnereinrichtungen mehrere Konferenzen und Meetings abgehalten, in deren Verlauf zahlreiche Arbeitspapiere erstellt wurden, um neue einheitliche Standards für Curricula im Sport auf der Grundlage der Bologna Deklaration, der Lissabon Kriterien, der Agenda 2010 für Erziehung & Bildung sowie dem Europäischen Qualitätsrahmen festzulegen. Das Projekt wurde durch das Institut für Europäische Sportentwicklung & Freizeitforschung der Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln, im Auftrag des Europäischen Netzwerks für Sportwissenschaft, Erziehung & Beschäftigung (ENSSEE), koordiniert. Abstract

Three years ago, the ERASMUS Thematic Network project was started in order to `align a European Higher Education Structure in Sport Science´. Since the start at 1st of October 2003, the project partners worked continuously to fulfill this aim. All in all fifteen Project Management Group Meetings, several Area Group Meetings in the four sectors (“Sport Coaching”, “Physical Education”, “Health and Fitness” and “Sport
Management”) and three Conferences were organised. The working process was conducted with several discussions about the activities and the outcomes of this project – always bearing in mind the Bologna Declaration and the Lisbon objectives as well as the related Education and Training Agenda 2010 and the European Qualification Framework (EQF). This report shows where we are in achieving the aims and objectives and describes the main results of the work. The general intention of the project is to improve the relations between education and the professional areas. Therefore, we developed different tools and model curriculum structures in each sector. The main focus of the project is to produce new collective standards and references for curricula in the sport sector. Aus dem Vorwort
