N2  - The research was aimed to analyze the complexity of training means that had influenced Lithuanian athletes to achieve high sport results in the Olympic Games, and as well to analyze the tendencies in reducing particular decline issues, enhancing them up to competitive work level in sport trainings and its science. The goal of the research was to reveal coaches’ full-scale organizational, methodical, and scientific perception on theoretical and practical aspects in the training process of innate athletes’ capacities, their individualities while emphasizing the most essential Sport training directions, didactical technologies, and their alternation in yearly cycles when preparing for Beijing Olympic Games. Research tasks were to characterize and evaluate coaches’, who worked under the program “Beijing 2008”, methodical, organizational, scientific, and practical work tendencies in creating and summarizing athletes’ training technologies, priorities, and organizational trends; to follow research data and reveal athletes’ training enhancing factors and the alternation of their adjustment. Received data lead to the statement that indices of Olympic team coaches’ work reveal positive changes in athletes’ preparedness training and this was the background for 90 percent of trained athletes to reach expected results in Beijing Olympic Games. Some components that should be improved aiming to increase high performance athletes’ training efficiency were clarified as well. When preparing for London Olympic Games it is necessary to apply organizational forms, which stimulate training and competitive activity and alternation of all these processes. The most essential aspect is to establish quality goals and specifications for individual actions, to anticipate their control, and to manage with physical loads accurately. Technical athletes’ preparedness is of major importance. When planning athletes’ training process for London Olympic Games it is necessary to consider the tendencies of sport discipline development and prognosis, the analysis data of athlete’s main characteristics, the changes in sport training methods and strategy, and the changes of highest training loads and material-technical facilities; it is necessary to comprehend, accurately analyze and summarize athletes’ as well as competitors’ preparing principles in trainings and competitions. Then coach’s insights, that become reasonable prognosis for high sport results, can be expected. Verf.-Referat
