Abstract des Autors
This study investigated the physical exercise behavior of 211 bank employees by using the Berlin Exercise Stage Model. Meanwhile, the stage hypothesis of this model was tested through examining the discontinuity patterns and non-linear trends of the physical exercise self efficacy and social support across the stages. The study results did not support the stage hypothesis and further studies are needed to modify this stage model. Verf.-Referat
