Abstract des Autors
Aim of the study is the comparison of two alternative training or teaching concepts in Volleyball on their effectivity. Therefore one group of eight schoolboys and schoolgirls followed within 5 training sessions the new differencial training approach, which mainly never repeats a movement and relies on the human ability to adapt on new situations by interpolation. Another group with similar size and age population trained in the traditional approach, which is oriented on ideal types of movements and high numbers of repetitions. Both groups improved their performance significantly. Additionally, the differencial training group enhanced the performance significantly more than the traditional training group. Overall it is discussed that the new learning approach includes a high potential for individual strategies of optimal adaptations. Verf.-Referat
