Abstract

A player's activities during a game must be of high effiiciency in complicated situations, both in defence and in attack where actions have to be performed in a precise and fast manner so that they could be effective. It can then be gathered that a footballer's efficiency depends to a large extent on his co-ordination and swiftness abilities. The objective of this experiment was to determine the influence of co-ordination and swiftness capacities on the efficiency of young footballers' performance in a game. Additionally, an attempt was made to answer a question of which of the tested capacities had the biggest impact on play efficiency. Aus der Einleitung (erweitert)
