Abstract
In dieser Beitragsserie wird das vielfältige Aufgabenspektrum des Trainers im Hochleistungs- und Nachwuchsbereich thematisiert. Im Mittelpunkt stehen hierbei Fragen der Trainings- und Wettkampfplanung sowie Trainings- und Wettkampfsteuerung bzw. damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten. Es geht um Top-Athleten ebenso wie um Jugendliche, um Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Ebenfalls angesprochen werden Aspekte wie Förderung, zusätzliche Betreuung, Stressbewältigung und Karrieredauer. Abstract
In the series of articles the many-sided spectrum of tasks of the coach in the area of top-level and youth sport is dealt with. The focus is on questions of competition and training planning and the associated difficulties. Both top-level and youth athletes are dealt with as well as motivation and personality. Aspects such as promotion, additional care, stress management and career duration asre also covered. Verf.-Referat
