Abstract
Die Leistungsfähigkeitsdiagnostik ist ein fundamentales Instrument im Rahmen der Entwicklungsförderung sportlicher Talente. Unter diesem Aspekt präsentieren die Autoren eine Testbatterie zur Diagnostik von Leistungsfähigkeit und Wettkampfleistung der D- und C-Kader im Thüringer Tischtennis-Verband, die auf der Basis von Literaturrecherche und Trainerbefragungen konstruiert und mit deren empirischer Validierung sie in Pilotversuchen begonnen haben. Abstract
The diagnosis of performance capacity is a fundamental instrument to support the development of talented athletes. On this basis the authors present a test battery for the diagnosis of the performance and competitive capacity of D- and C-squad athletes of the Thuringian table tennis association. The test battery was constructed on the basis of literature research and coach interviews and the empirical validation of the battery has been started in pilot experiments. Verf.-Referat
