Abstract des Autors
Nach einem Zusammenprall bei einem Wettkampfspiel trat bei einem 26-jährigen Fußballspieler eine zunehmende neurologische Symptomatik auf. Es entwickelte sich das klinische Bild eines Locked-in-Syndroms. Im weiteren Verlauf verstarb der Sportler im septischen Schock. Nach Datenlage aus der Versicherungsakte werden Unfallhergang, Krankheitsverlauf, ärztliche Maßnahmen und Diagnosen sowie differentialdiagnostische Überlegungen neben einer Literaturübersicht zur Contusio cordis und zum Locked-in-Syndrom vorgestellt. Abstract des Autors
After a collision with another soccer player a 26 year old athlete pointed out an increasing neurological symptomatology. The clinical picture of a locked-in-syndrome developed. In the further process the sportsman died in a septical shock. According to data situation from the insurance documents the accident course of events, disease process, medical measures and diagnoses as well as differential-diagnostic considerations apart from a bibliography to contusio cordis and locked-in syndrome are represented.
