Abstract

The subject of this paper is the study of the load - stress - behaviour by means of methods of Non-linear Dynamics. We could find evidence that it is possible to characterise the co-ordination for the selected movements (breaststroke and drop jumps) with help by the model of a chaotic attractor. In both tests it was discovered that the fractal dimension is smaller at the end than at the beginning of the test. This phenomenon can be explained using the model of dissipative structure of the co-ordination of movement (compare KUGLER / KELSO / TURVEY, 1980). Accordingly the dissipative structure obtains an increasing order when the energy of this system is decreased. The number of the degrees of freedom to describe the system of movement co-ordination decreases. Verf.-Referat
