Abstract
Wir berichten über 22 Fälle epiphysärer Stressfrakturen der Fingermittelphalangen bei jugendlichen Sportkletterern. Bei frühzeitiger Diagnose und adäquater Therapie kann es zur vollständigen knöchernen Konsolidierung kommen. Wird die Fraktur übersehen und nicht behandelt, resultieren schwere Fehlstellungen oder präarthrotische Deformitäten. Verf.-Referat
Abstract
We present 22 cases of stress fractures of the base of the middle phalanx in adolescent rock climbers. With early diagnosis and adequate therapy a complete reconvalescence can be achieved. Serious deformities and arthrosis may result, if the fracture remains untreated. Verf.-Referat
