Abstract des Autors
The implication of this finding is that the effects of occluding sources of visual information should not simply be generalized to categories of good and poor catchers. Suggestions have been made regarding the changing use of perceptual information to support motor behavior, which may only be applicable to a certain range of ball velocities; generalizations regarding the process of change during skill acqusition would also need to be treated with caution.
