Abstract des Autors
The validity and reliability of the Accusport (Boehringer Mannheim) was tested in comparison with a YSI 1500 portative lactate analyser. Standard solutions and whole blood from four exercise intensities were measured with each system, some samples on two occasions. The correlation between Accusport-TM and YSI 1500 was 0.971, and the standard error of the estimate 1.53 mM. The test-retest correlation was 0.998, and the standard error of the estimate 0.34 mM. The minimal blood volume required to ensure a maximal steady reading of the Accusport-TM was 16 micro-L. Verf.-Referat
