Beginning with the fundamental movement of the cell, the movement of our living bodies manifests itself in innumerable and marvelous ways. Through the Body-Mind Centering-TM developmental movement principles of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, individuals can return to an reeducate the underlying patterns of their physical, perceptual, and psychological organization. Gaps in the development of these patterns that may have manifested themselves as difficulties in movement, learning, or behavior can be identified and bridged to change how the individual senses, feels, and acts in the world.
