Abstract des Autors
Using the exemple of a nautical stadium construction in the Grenoble agglomeration, this paper attempts to expound the caracteristics of intercommunal sport's politics. This analysis is about interactions between municipal politics and federal strategy, in order to identify the main actors and their conceptions of sport. This work explains that sporting associations affilieted to a federation, are only a component of the French sport system. Verf.-Referat
