Abstract des Autors

The continual and growing diffusion of sporting activities in one way represents a real improvement of the quality of life and of psycho-physical aptitude of population, in other way it causes an increase of risk about traumas, during the development of sporting activities. Considering that, nowadays, the age of beginning of such activities and the age of ending are lengthening more and more, (it starts at 6-7 years old and beyonds 40-years old), we can easily image how traumas are nomerous and how much that is increasing risk. The purpose of this work is to put sporting traumas in evidence that strike the upper and lower respiratory tract and that there are consequences to which each single athlete goes towards according to different efforts take in consideration.
