Abstract des Autors
A popular and effictive way to deliver sport psychology to athletes is at residential squad training meetings. This paper describes aspects of the delivery of sport psychology to combat sport athletes in squad training sessions in Poland. Specifically, discussion centers on the methods used, who conducts sessions, and when and what exercises are performed.
