Abstract des Autors
Structural changes after sports-specific strain of the locomotive system occur according to mechanical and biological rules. These changes are best known for muscles, but similar changes have been observed in bones, cartilages, tendons, and ligaments. Repair mechanisms are also well known for well vascularized structures like bones and muscles, but recently our knowledge about bradytrophic soft tissue has increased. Utilizing this knowledge assists in the assessment of the duration of injury and chances for rehabilitation. Verf.-Referat
