Abstract des Autors
Metabolic cardiovascular risk factors such as dyslipoproteinemia and hyperinsulinemia are associated with an augmented coagulation and impaired fibrinolysis. Especially aerobic physical exercise has been shown to improve these coronary risk factors. We could show that 60 minutes of low to moderate physical exercise performed in a rehabilitation program reduced insulin, triglycerides, prothrombin, antithrombin III and plasminogen in patients with a history of myocardial infarction. Especially patients with hypertriglyceridemia and low apoprotein A-I levels showed reductions in plasminogen, prothrombin and during exercise. Therefore, coronary heart disease patients with dyslipoproteinemia may be at special risk for exercise-induced hypercoagulability. Verf.-Referat
