Abstract des Autors

Six adult males trained for four weeks by daily isometric bouts, exerting maximum grip strengh and holding it until a 50 % strenght decrement was observed. Time held and maximum strenght were recorded for each bout. Pre- and post-training resting blood flow, flow during a 15-sec. 50 % maximal grip strenght contraction, and recovery hyperemia following the testing bout were measured. Findings included significant improvements in strenght, endurance, and exercise blood flow. Verf.-Referat
