Abstract des Autors

The influence of physical activity (training) on adolescent structures has to be subdivided into three different chapters. 1. High level performance training with children. 2. Performance training at school and leisure sports with children. 3. Reduced sports activities of children. In the first special chapter general findings about the influence of high performance training with children are considered including the findings about biological age and training. Favourable periods for high level performance training with children are discussed. The second chapter includes especially all the positive reactions of continuous sports activities with the background of flexibility, force, power and endurance. Positive influence for further life is demonstrated and set into connection to the locomotion system. Chapter three has to be discussed in a general way because reduced activity in sports (inactivity) can be the basis for later locomotion problems including osteoarthritis. The summary has to submit positive and negative reactions of high and low sports activities in childhood as well for the child as for the later time being grown up. Verf.-Referat
