Abstract des Autors
By kicking into greens or redressing the foot backwards an isolated rupture of the syndesmosis may occur. Frequently, this injury escapes notice. After months the complaints interrupt every sportive activity. As innovation we operated 12 patients for this elder blessur by special implantation of Stryker-Dacron-Ligament, which is most compatible, tear-fastened and elastic. The ligament will be fixed on the front of the Pilon-tibial, then will cross the fibula tibial link. Then it will be transduced through a sagittal channel inside the fibula. From the backside the ligament is led to the front in oblique direction to be fixed again int he tibia. The winded lining assures a functional elastic stability, which could be proved by computed tomography. Verf.-Referat
