Abstract des Autors

An investigation was carried out on 20 male sport students of the third life-decade testing the relationship between exercise load and blood volume response in heart, liver and lung during air-ventilation as well as during oxygen-ventilation. For the purpose of measuring changes of blood volume during exercise a nuclear medical method was applied, which had been developed at the Nuclear Research Center Juelich. During exercise we found a decrease of blood volume in liver and heart. In addition we found differing increases of blood volume in the lung segments. A significant influence of O2-ventilation on the blood volume could not be detected. Verf.-Referat
