Abstract des Autors
A recent case of posterolateral rotatory knee instability in a recreational athlete provides an opportunity to review diagnosis and treatment of this often unrecognized condition. Two simple clinical tests, the external rotational recurvatum test and the posterolateral drawer test, can identify this injury to the arcuate ligament complex. Treatment consists of bracing and physical therapy and, in some cases, surgery. Verf.-Referat
