Abstract
Stress fractures are common among military recruits, athletes, joggers, or dancers, where they occur predominantly in the lower extremities. The lumbar spine and the pelvis can also be affected. To our knowledge, this report describes the first case of fatigue-type stress fracture occurring in the sacrum. Verf.-Referat
