Abstract
Cycling provides a dynamic from of fitness to more than 86 million Americans of all levels of conditioning and with varied goals. In the older athlete, injuries result primarily from overuse, which frequently can be managed simply by altering the position and/or frame size of the bicycle. Prevention is key to avoiding the unnecessary recurrence of injury, particularly in this group in which change is poorly tolerated and understood. Verf.-Referat
